Manor Tool & Manufacturing Company has more than 50 years of experience in metal stamping and hard tooling. To maintain quality and process reliability, we perform regular in-house die maintenance following each production run and review every piece to ensure continued performance.

During maintenance, each die is visually inspected and cleaned of debris. Springs are removed for inspection and replaced if worn, and important features are refinished or sharpened using abrasives. The die is then reassembled and lubricated before being returned to storage.

We are able to store hundreds of dies in our facility for repeat production runs, allowing us to quickly resume manufacturing and deliver parts whenever they are needed.
