All metal-stamped, deep-drawn, and progressive-die-stamped parts produced by Manor Tool & Manufacturing undergo a final inspection before shipment. Our quality control team inspects parts from each production batch to verify that they meet required specifications.

Each box that passes inspection receives an “Accepted by Quality Control” ticket. This document records the inspection date, the inspector’s name, the operation performed, and the final destination of the shipment.

Once approved, completed products are stored in our 45,000-square-foot facility while they await pickup and delivery to the customer.
